So you have decided to quit smoking! Congratulations!
There is nothing else you can do so simply to improve your health and your wealth, but if you are like many smokers, you have probably tried to give up before and not found it easy.
I’ll be honest with you. I was an addicted smoker through my teens and twenties.
It was black fingers and teeth, repeated bad chests and breathlessness, and the stink of the flat that finally pushed me to give up.
That was 2002.
I’ve slipped off the wagon a few times, but never for long.
And I’m so proud of myself.

If you are primed and ready to go, this is my suggested format:
On your quit day, attend an empowering two hour mega session where we do all the work you need to do to bury the habit for good.
There is no ‘formula’ but work will possibly including regression, inner child work, stress and anxiety management and self hypnosis: whatever you need to do to make what you want to happen.
As the first week can be the hardest, to give you extra support I suggest we meet for a second session of 1 hour after 7 days and I can monitor your progress and change anything that may remain for the long haul.
For most people that’s it!
Your old habit will fade into history and your new health benefits will start immediately.
Within just 4 to 5 weeks the average smokers will have easily saved the fee … imagine that, smoke free and ahead after just a month!
